Refund and Cancellation Policy

DELIVERY, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
This Delivery, Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to the Nexlive Android Application and its related services.

  1. Service Delivery
    All digital products, subscriptions, or services purchased through the Nexlive mobile application are delivered electronically and activated automatically or within a reasonable time after successful payment via Google Play Billing or other approved payment methods.
  2. No Refund Policy
    Except as expressly stated in this Policy or as required under applicable law:
    No refund shall be processed once an order has been placed and the service has been successfully executed or activated.
    Any technical delay, interruption, or glitch reported during the processing of a request shall not be eligible for a refund unless the service is not delivered at all.
    No refund shall be processed where incorrect or incomplete information has been provided by the User at the time of placing the order.
    The User agrees to carefully review all information before confirming a purchase.
    However, the User may request correction of incorrect information within 1 (one) hour of service execution by contacting Nexlive customer support. Approval of such correction shall be at the sole discretion of Nexlive.
  3. Subscription Refunds
    Refunds for subscription-based services may be considered on a pro-rata basis only in cases of significant delay in activation attributable to Nexlive.
    Subscription cancellations and refunds made through Google Play Billing shall be governed strictly by Google Play’s Refund and Cancellation Policies, and Google’s decision shall be final and binding.
  4. Product Representation
    Images, display pictures, or descriptions of services displayed on the Nexlive app are for reference purposes only.
    Nexlive will make reasonable efforts to deliver services as displayed; however, minor variations shall not be grounds for a refund.
    No refund shall be issued based solely on appearance, display images, or reference descriptions.
  5. Payment Gateway & Transaction Issues
    In case of issues related to Nexlive or the payment gateway (including Google Play Billing), such as slow processing, server failure, or session timeout, the User is advised to:
    Check whether their bank account or payment method has been debited before attempting another payment.
    If the amount has been debited, do not attempt a second payment and immediately contact Nexlive customer support.
    If the amount has not been debited, the User may initiate a fresh transaction.
  6. Multiple or Duplicate Payments
    In the event of multiple or duplicate payments for the same order, the excess amount shall be refunded in full, without deduction of transaction charges.
    Nexlive shall retain payment for only one valid order as intended by the User.
  7. Deductions on Approved Refunds
    Where refunds are approved (other than duplicate payments), the refunded amount may be subject to deduction of:
    Bank or payment gateway transaction charges
    Shipping or courier charges (if applicable)
    Customs duties (if applicable)
    Any other costs incurred during processing or delivery of the service
  8. Order Cancellation by Nexlive
    Nexlive reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:
    Non-availability of the service
    Errors in pricing or service description
    Technical, operational, or system-related issues
    If an order is cancelled after successful payment, the entire amount paid shall be refunded to the original payment method.
  9. Google Play Billing Disclaimer
    For purchases made via Google Play Billing:
    Refunds, cancellations, and disputes are subject to Google Play’s Terms and Policies.
    Nexlive does not control the final decision on refunds processed through Google Play.
    Users are advised to review Google Play’s refund policy before completing a purchase.
