MODERATION POLICY

MODERATION POLICY
This Moderation Policy governs your use of the Random Call, Chat, Audio Call, Video Call, Live Streaming, Shorts Videos, Trending Posts, and Image Posting features (collectively, the “Features”) available on the Nexlive mobile application (the “Application”).
This Policy applies to all interactions and content, whether paid or unpaid, including audio, video, images, text, live broadcasts, and digital media shared through the Application.
By using any of the Features, you agree to comply with this Moderation Policy, the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Privacy Policy. Violations may result in content removal, suspension or termination of access, and forfeiture of paid amounts, without any compensation or refund.

  1. Scope of Moderation
Nexlive provides a platform for user-generated content and private interactions. Due to the nature of certain Features (such as random calls and private chats):
Nexlive does not actively monitor interactions in real time
Interactions may be unmoderated and private
Engaging with unknown users carries inherent risks
However, to maintain safety and comply with applicable laws, Nexlive may use automated systems, AI-based tools, user reports, and post-interaction reviews to detect violations of platform policies.
Any interaction or content found in violation may be restricted, removed, or terminated immediately, without prior notice or refund.
  2. No Responsibility or Liability
Nexlive is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or content of Users or Streamers using the Features.
User or Streamer behavior does not represent Nexlive or its owners, directors, officers, or employees
Nexlive reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate this Policy, other App Policies, or applicable laws
  3. Authorisation and Legal Compliance
By using the Features, Users and Streamers confirm that:
They are legally eligible and authorised to use the Application
They will not violate any applicable laws or regulations
They will not infringe the privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights of any person or entity
  4. Expected Conduct
All users must behave respectfully and responsibly. You must not:
Engage in abusive, offensive, threatening, or unlawful behavior
Use language or actions that invade another user’s privacy
Misuse Random Call, Video Call, or Live Stream features to harass or deceive others
  5. No Stalking or Harassment
Stalking, harassment, intimidation, or coercion—online or offline—is strictly prohibited across all Features. Legal action may be taken where required.
  6. No Recording or Redistribution
Users must not record, screenshot, transcribe, store, share, or redistribute any chat, call, video, livestream, image, or content obtained through the Features without explicit consent.
  7. No Nudity or Sexual Content
Nexlive follows a strict No Nudity Policy across all Features, including Live Streams, Video Calls, Shorts Videos, Posts, and Images.
Any identifiable nudity or sexually explicit conduct will result in immediate termination of the interaction or content
No refunds or compensation shall be provided
AI-based tools may be used to detect such violations
  8. Enforcement Actions
Depending on the severity of the violation, Nexlive may take actions including:
    Content removal or visibility restriction
    Temporary suspension of Features
    Permanent account termination
Forfeiture of virtual assets or paid amounts
Reporting to law enforcement authorities, where legally required
  9. Reporting Violations
If you notice any violation of this Moderation Policy, Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or Privacy Policy, please report it immediately.
