Last Updated: December 2024
- Introduction and Commitment
NexLive places the highest priority on protecting children and young people from harm, exploitation, and abuse in all forms. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy for any content, behavior, or activity that puts minors at risk.
Our commitment extends beyond content moderation to include proactive detection measures, swift enforcement actions, and cooperation with child safety organizations and law enforcement agencies. Every member of the NexLive community shares responsibility for maintaining a safe environment where users can interact without fear of exploitation or abuse.
This policy outlines NexLive’s comprehensive approach to protecting minors and our strict enforcement procedures. We comply fully with all applicable laws and regulations concerning the prevention, detection, and reporting of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
Any violation of this policy results in immediate and permanent account termination, without exception. All confirmed CSAE material is preserved and reported to appropriate authorities. These measures reflect our unwavering commitment to a zero-tolerance environment for any activity involving harm to minors. - Age Requirements and Verification
NexLive is strictly intended for adults only.
Users must be at least 18 years old to access or use NexLive.
Minors are not permitted to register, browse, stream, post content, participate in chats, or make purchases.
We employ technical detection systems to identify potential underage users, including analysis of profile photos and uploaded videos. Automated systems are supplemented by human moderation for accuracy and fairness.
Users must confirm their age during registration. Any attempt to falsify age information or bypass age restrictions will result in immediate and permanent account termination.
NexLive reserves the right to request additional age verification at any time and may suspend or restrict access until verification is successfully completed. Our age-verification processes are regularly reviewed and updated to address evolving risks and technologies. - Prohibited Content
