Our App is a safe and inclusive space where users can build connections, enjoy live content, and engage in meaningful interactions in a secure online environment.
To help maintain this environment, all users must follow these Community Guidelines along with our Terms of Use. Failure to comply may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, forfeiture of virtual assets or balances, and where required, reporting to relevant authorities.
While using Nexlive, please interact with others as you would in real life—with respect, care, and responsibility. Engaging with strangers online carries inherent risks, and users are advised not to share or say anything that may compromise their safety or privacy.
⚠️ No Nudity Policy
Nexlive follows a strict no-nudity policy. Any identifiable nudity or sexually explicit behavior during live streams, chats, or uploads will result in immediate removal or termination of the content or account without any compensation or refund.
- Hate Speech and Discrimination
Do not post or share content that is hateful, abusive, or discriminatory. This includes content that targets individuals or groups based on race, caste, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Personal attacks, harassment, or content intended to humiliate or mentally harm others is strictly prohibited. - Religiously Offensive Content
Respect all religions and belief systems. Content that insults, mocks, disfigures, or abuses religious figures, deities, prophets, symbols, emblems, customs, or practices is not allowed. Any content that may cause communal disharmony or offend religious sentiments is prohibited. - Terrorism and Extremism
Do not post, promote, glorify, or support terrorism, extremist ideologies, criminal organizations, gangs, or violent groups. This includes content produced by or referencing terrorists or criminal figures, or encouraging violent or unlawful acts. - Self-Harm and Suicide
Nexlive cares deeply about user mental health. While sharing recovery stories or seeking support is allowed, promotion or encouragement of suicide or self-harm is strictly prohibited.

Do not post content that depicts, glorifies, or threatens violence against humans or animals. This includes physical threats, abuse, theft, vandalism, extortion, or coercion. Graphic imagery such as corpses, severed limbs, excessive gore, or disturbing medical procedures is not permitted. - Graphic, Obscene, or Sexual Content
Nexlive has zero tolerance for obscene or sexually explicit content. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:
Pornography or sexually graphic material
Pedophilia, bestiality, incest, or non-consensual acts
Sexual violence, rape depictions, or revenge porn
Sexual remarks, innuendoes, or explicit comments directed at any individual
Sharing sexual or intimate images or videos without consent
Any sexual content involving minors will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities. - Cyberbullying and Harassment
Bullying, harassment, intimidation, or abuse of any kind is not allowed. This includes abusive language, slurs, name-calling, threats, or derogatory remarks about a person’s appearance, background, or identity. Posting someone’s images or personal information without consent is prohibited. - Invasion of Privacy
Respect the privacy of others. Do not publish, record, or share private or sensitive personal information, images, or videos of another person without their explicit consent. Content that violates bodily or personal privacy is strictly prohibited. - Illegal Activities
Do not use Nexlive for any unlawful purpose. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
Sale or promotion of drugs, narcotics, or restricted substances
Gambling, lotteries, or real-money gaming
Money laundering, prostitution, trafficking, or exploitation
Promotion or facilitation of criminal activity - Identity Theft and Impersonation
Do not impersonate another individual, public figure, brand, or organization in a misleading or deceptive manner. Identity theft and impersonation are serious violations. - Misinformation and Fake News
Do not knowingly share false, misleading, manipulated, or unverified information, including morphed images or videos. Satire or parody must be clearly identified as such. - Spamming, Scamming, and Phishing
Do not spam users, send unsolicited messages, or attempt to scam or phish others. Bulk messaging, deceptive links, or fraudulent schemes are strictly prohibited. - Intellectual Property Infringement
Only post content that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload copyrighted material including movies, music, books, logos, or branded content without proper authorization. Infringing content will be removed upon complaint. - Malicious Programs
Do not share or distribute malware, viruses, or any code intended to harm users, compromise data, or disrupt the App’s functionality. - Child Safety
Nexlive is strictly 18+. Minors are not permitted on the platform. Any content that exploits, harms, or sexualizes children is strictly prohibited, including:
Sexual images or videos involving minors
Links to child sexual abuse material
Grooming, solicitation, or trafficking of minors
Such violations will result in immediate termination and legal reporting.
